QAD Quality is a new module, which extends the use of item attributes and provides the capability to manage specifications for tests and items, and maintain test records; test sample records and quality orders for materials integrated with enterprise operation (inbound receipts, production, etc.).

QAD Lot Trace Workbench aims to improve the time users spent in analyzing, tracking and tracing inventory backward and forward in case of complaints, returns, recalls or audits.

Guido Van den Broeck is a senior product manager in the QAD R&D Manufacturing group. He leads QAD Product Strategies in the areas of Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality and Cost Accounting. Guido has 15 years of experience with QAD products and industries supported by QAD (Life Science, Industrial, Automotive, CPG) having participated and led several global implementations and business process improvements.

Forrest Mori is Principal Business Analyst in the QAD R&D Manufacturing group. He is a principal business analyst for the development of QAD Manufacturing and Supply Chain solutions. Forrest brings over 30 years of experience in manufacturing systems, including 25 years with QAD, contributing to product development, product management, implementation and consulting services, product training, and support.
